Refund policy

If you do not fit the size or model, you can return or exchange the product within 14 days from the date of purchase. Only goods with original tags and labels, in packaging from the manufacturer, and without signs of use and / or damage can be returned or exchanged.

The rules for returning goods purchased in the apt.13 online store are governed by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights"

Please note lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, and jewelry are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

Once we receive the item and confirm that all requirements are met, we will refund your money within 5 days of receipt of the item.
